Method
 

Cinnamon Roll Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the large eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan, then sprinkle a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bars to cool for about 10 minutes, then prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Once cool, spread the glaze evenly over the top.
