- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and gherkin juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

- Next, add the finely diced gherkins, celery, and capers into the cocktail sauce. Gently fold in the cleaned and peeled King prawns.
- Trim the edges of the hot dog buns and split each bun down the middle, stopping just before cutting all the way through.
