- Measure 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Break up any clusters for an even coating.
- In a separate gallon bag, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of sugar cookie mix. Seal tightly and shake to mix.
- Melt 1 cup of Wilton’s green icing in a microwave-safe bowl at 20-second intervals until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour the melted icing over the Rice Chex and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Add ½ cup of gold sprinkles and fold lightly to distribute without undoing the icing coating.
- Transfer the coated Rice Chex into the gallon bag with the powdered sugar and cookie mix. Seal and shake to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to dry for about 15 minutes.
