  1. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, ripe banana, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spices. Blend on medium speed for about 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Gradually pour in your choice of milk while blending. Blend for another 15–30 seconds until you achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Continue blending for an additional 15–20 seconds, and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or spices if needed. Blend again for a few seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with cinnamon if desired, and serve chilled.
