Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake pan with parchment paper and butter.
  2. Sift together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar in a stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time followed by the almond extract until fully mixed.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
