  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef use ribeye or flank steak for best flavor
For the Veggies
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced, any color
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms cremini or button mushrooms
For the Cheese Sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Seasoning & Extras
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sliced bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add thinly sliced beef to the empty space. Increase heat to medium-high, season beef with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese, and stir until melted. Then add garlic powder and shredded provolone cheese, mixing until combined.
  5. Assemble the bowls by spooning the cheesy beef mixture into serving bowls, optionally layering with additional sautéed veggies.
  6. Garnish with extra toppings like parsley or red pepper flakes and serve immediately.
