Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Toss broccoli florets in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until tender and crispy.
  3. Prepare your choice of grains according to the package instructions. Use broth instead of water for extra flavor. Keep warm for assembly.
