Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Stir well until the mixture is fully blended and creamy. Set aside.
 - In another small bowl, mash 1 ripe avocado and mix it with 1 minced garlic clove and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
 - Take a small dish or pie plate and start with a base layer of refried beans, spreading it evenly across the bottom. Layer the sour cream mixture on top, followed by the avocado mixture. Lastly, scoop ½ cup of salsa over the avocado.
 - Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions on top for added freshness. Cover the assembled dip tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut out tombstone shapes from tortillas and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
 - Once the dip is chilled, arrange your tortilla tombstones on top and write spooky names or phrases on them. Serve with crispy tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes
Allow the dip to chill for at least an hour to enhance flavors. Use ripe avocados and fresh garlic for the best taste.
