Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the all-butter croissants on baking parchment and gently roll them out until flattened to about ½ inch thick.

  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Fry the flattened croissants for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  3. After frying, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with golden caster sugar. Return to the pan, honey-side down, and caramelize for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
