- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin purée together. Fold this into the chocolate mixture.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
