For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese At room temperature.
  • 1 cup Cacao Bliss Spread Can substitute with other nut butter.
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream Or use chilled whipped coconut cream.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Or granulated sugar, adjust quantity.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Fresh vanilla beans can elevate the taste.
For Decoration
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Dark chocolate is an alternative.

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grind the chocolate wafers into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch tart pan, bake for 10 minutes, and let cool.
Make the Filling
  1. Beat the cream cheese and cacao bliss spread until smooth. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Tart
  1. Pour filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Melt white chocolate and pipe it onto the tart.
Chill
  1. Place tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
