Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, red onion, and parsley under cold water. Chop cucumbers into bite-sized pieces, slice bell peppers into strips or chunks, and finely dice the red onion. Roughly chop the parsley.
