  • ¼ cup Red Onion Finely sliced

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Full-fat recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ unit Lemon Juice Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and cut into 3mm thick half-moon slices. Finely slice red onion.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped dill. Toss gently to mix.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Toss gently until all ingredients are well-coated.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.
