Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim the husks off the fresh corn on the cob and cut each ear in half vertically, then slice each half into quarters.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning blend. Coat the corn ribs with the mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (355°F) and air fry the corn ribs for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Melt vegan butter in a saucepan over low heat, stir in olive oil and Aleppo chili flakes to create chili butter.
  5. Combine vegan cream cheese with lime zest and lime juice in a bowl until smooth and refrigerate.
  6. Plate the cooked corn ribs, dollop lime cream cheese, drizzle chili butter, and sprinkle with pine nuts, green onions, and coriander.
