Preparation Steps
- Begin by cutting the boneless white fish into 1¼ × 1½ inch pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Combine the spice mix ingredients with lemon juice and sprinkle it generously over the fish pieces. Allow to marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare three separate bowls for the coating: one with flour, one with egg wash, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each marinated fish piece in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg wash, and press into the breadcrumbs.
- Heat enough neutral oil in a pan to cover the bottom about ½ inch deep over medium heat.
- Fry the coated fish nuggets in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer fried nuggets to a wire rack over paper towels to drain excess oil and serve hot.

Notes
For best results, choose firm white fish and ensure each piece is well-coated for optimal crispiness.
