Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with ranch seasoning until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender in the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheesy cracker mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, spray tops lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
