  3. Slice the fresh baguette into 1/2-inch diagonal slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove mozzarella from the freezer and cut into 1/4-inch planks using a ghost-shaped cookie cutter.
  6. Spread pesto on each toasted baguette slice, top with mozzarella ghosts and halved tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over mozzarella to create ghostly expressions.
  8. Serve immediately on a platter to maintain crispy texture.
