  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Shrimp & Sauce
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Create pockets in each salmon fillet while being careful not to cut all the way through, and season them.
  3. Sauté fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted, then add half of the cheeses.
  4. Stuff the salmon pockets with the creamy spinach mixture.
  5. Sear the stuffed salmon in the skillet until golden brown.
  6. Cook shrimp with butter and garlic until pink and opaque.
  7. Pour heavy cream in the skillet, add remaining cheeses and simmer until thickened.
  8. Top salmon with shrimp and creamy sauce, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
