Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Spaghetti Substitution: Penne, rotini, or linguine can be used, just cook until al dente.
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken Rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 oz Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
For Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Divided; melts beautifully and forms a crust on top.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken, 1½ cups cheddar cheese, and spaghetti until well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
