  2. Rinse your shrimp, scallops, and white fish under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until foamy. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of milk, whisking constantly for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the sauce.
  6. Gently fold the prepared seafood into the creamy sauce until fully coated.
  7. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and pour the seafood mixture into the prepared dish.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese evenly across the top, followed by a layer of 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
