Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken for 3-4 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese gradually until melted.
  7. Combine cooked chicken and drained pasta into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  8. Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped basil or parsley before serving.
