Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the linguine.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and the juice of 1 lemon, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  4. Gently fold in 8 ounces of chopped lobster meat, warming it through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the drained linguine to the skillet, tossing until coated in the sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
  6. Plate the dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
