Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side up and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the salmon fillets so they are skin-side down and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and salmon is cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Whisk together and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Stir in chopped parsley and serve sauce over salmon.
