Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to broil, about 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix until just combined and form into 15 meatballs.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and brown meatballs for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove meatballs and reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream, add parmesan cheese, and stir until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add browned meatballs back to the skillet and coat with creamy sauce.
  6. Transfer skillet to the broiler and broil for about 3-5 minutes until meatballs are bubbling and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese before serving.
