- Preheat your oven to broil, about 500°F (260°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix until just combined and form into 15 meatballs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and brown meatballs for about 10 minutes.
- Remove meatballs and reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream, add parmesan cheese, and stir until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Add browned meatballs back to the skillet and coat with creamy sauce.
- Transfer skillet to the broiler and broil for about 3-5 minutes until meatballs are bubbling and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese before serving.
