Cooking Steps

  3. Add orzo, stirring to combine, and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Return seared steak to pot and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
