Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear chicken in bacon drippings for 6–8 minutes until cooked through. Let it rest and cube.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes, then whisk in flour. Gradually add half and half until thickened.
  5. Stir in ranch seasoning and cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine cooked rotini and cubed chicken into the sauce, fold until coated. Incorporate crispy bacon and mix well.
