- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
- Add fettuccine to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, prepare Alfredo sauce. Melt butter, add heavy cream, and gradually stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and pasta. Pour in Alfredo sauce and mix thoroughly.
