Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
  2. Add fettuccine to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, prepare Alfredo sauce. Melt butter, add heavy cream, and gradually stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and pasta. Pour in Alfredo sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
