- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in 1 pound of ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and mix in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Toast hamburger buns for about 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Spoon the Chicken Alfredo mixture onto the bottom half of each bun and top with the other half.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
