Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer slices of brie cheese over the cranberry sauce and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top.
  5. Cut the pastry into 8 equal strips, fold each in half, twist, and pinch the ends to seal.
  6. Brush the tops of each twist with egg wash and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
