Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour cottage cheese into a bowl and drain excess liquid for thicker consistency.
- Scoop mounds of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, then flatten each mound to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Season the flattened mounds with your choice of garlic powder, onion powder, or Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, checking at 20 minutes.
- Cool the chips completely on the baking sheet before serving.
Microwave Method
- Prepare a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper, spread drained cottage cheese, season as desired, and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Check for doneness and continue microwaving in 1-minute increments if needed. Cool before enjoying.
