  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until the batter is pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix in blue food coloring until the desired hue is achieved.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and crispy cookies.
  8. Portion out 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie, flatten slightly, and place a milk chocolate disc in the center, sealing the dough around it.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
