- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Add garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a clean surface and shape into a loaf. Place in the prepared loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a thermometer, aiming for 160°F.
- Rest the meatloaf for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
