Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Add garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a clean surface and shape into a loaf. Place in the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a thermometer, aiming for 160°F.
  6. Rest the meatloaf for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
