Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced cooked chicken, and chopped romaine. Add halved cherry tomatoes if desired. Toss gently.
  3. Pour Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese, taste and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle croutons on top and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
