Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey and Toffee Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

  3. Gradually add 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 75 grams of honey or golden syrup.
  4. Divide the dough into three equal parts and roll each piece into a log, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the shaped logs, leaving about 5 cm (2 inches) space between them.
  6. Gently flatten each log until they are about 1.5 cm (0.5 inches) thick.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown.
