Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, combine the dry zucchini, eggs, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown at the edges and firm in the center.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the baked base and broil for 2-4 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, slice into strips, and serve warm.
