  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Use ricotta for a lighter texture if needed
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Other melting cheeses like cheddar can also be used
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional
  • to taste Seasoning Preferred spices to elevate taste
For Egg Wash
  • 1 large Egg Milk can be used if no egg is available

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare filling by mixing shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and chosen seasonings until creamy.
  2. Prep pastry by thawing puff pastry and cutting it into 4-inch squares.
  3. Assemble by placing a spoonful of filling on pastry square, fold and seal edges.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 20 minutes until golden-brown.
  5. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
