Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can swap for Monterey Jack or pepper jack
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Can use fresh garlic instead (1 clove = ⅛ teaspoon)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be used, but watch for moisture
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Essential for seasoning
Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade or pizza dough can be used
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melt before brushing
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced) Reduce for milder taste
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with Pecorino Romano
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Separate refrigerated biscuit dough into 8 equal rounds and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of cooled beef mixture into the center of each dough circle and top with a cube of cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of each dough circle over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt about 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Mix in minced garlic and brush this mixture over each dough ball.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each dough ball and optionally add fresh parsley.
  8. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.
