Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Separate refrigerated biscuit dough into 8 equal rounds and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
- Spoon a generous amount of cooled beef mixture into the center of each dough circle and top with a cube of cheddar cheese.
- Fold the edges of each dough circle over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Melt about 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Mix in minced garlic and brush this mixture over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each dough ball and optionally add fresh parsley.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.
