Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Take a slice of your crispy garlic bread and spread the chicken mixture on it. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top, then finish with another slice of garlic bread.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the assembled sandwich in the pan and grill for about 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy.
