  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be an alternative
  • 1 pkg Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix Or use a regular biscuit mix
  • ¼ cup Butter Can use olive oil for a lighter option

  • 1 packet Biscuit Seasoning Packet Comes with the biscuit mix
  • 1 cup More Shredded Cheddar Double for extra cheesiness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed frozen cut green beans, condensed cheddar soup, and milk. Stir in dehydrated minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, blending well.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and shredded parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and pour in the green bean mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix, seasoning packet, additional shredded cheddar, and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture, spreading gently. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter mixed with biscuit seasoning after baking, then allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
