- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed frozen cut green beans, condensed cheddar soup, and milk. Stir in dehydrated minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, blending well.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and shredded parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and pour in the green bean mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix, seasoning packet, additional shredded cheddar, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture, spreading gently. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the top with melted butter mixed with biscuit seasoning after baking, then allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
