  3. Add garlic powder and black pepper to taste, along with frozen mixed vegetables and shredded chicken. Mix well.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix as per package instructions, adding shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken filling, leaving some gaps.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit topping and garnish with parsley if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and fluffy.
  9. Let the cobbler cool for 5 minutes before serving.
