  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp thawed if frozen
  • 1 lb Snow Crab Clusters pre-cooked
  • 1 lb Andouille Sausage can substitute with kielbasa
For the Vegetables
  • 1 lb Small Potatoes waxy variety
  • 2 ears Corn on the Cob cut in half
  • 4 large Eggs hard boiled
For Flavor
  • 3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning or Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup Garlic Butter Sauce preferably made with fresh garlic
  • 1 can Beer optional, lager or IPA

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all seafood and vegetables, thaw shrimp if frozen, cut corn, and wash potatoes. Hard boil eggs.
  2. In a large pot, boil water and beer with Cajun seasoning and garlic. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Add small potatoes and corn to the boiling broth and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab, and sausage to the pot, cook until shrimp are pink and curled, around 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Combine with seafood before serving.
  6. Serve by pouring seafood and vegetables onto a table covered with newspaper and drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
