  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for marinating and cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Blackening Seasoning store-bought or homemade
For the Tacos
  • 4 pieces Tortillas corn or gluten-free
  • 1 cup Coleslaw or shredded lettuce
For the Cilantro Lime Crema
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt substitute with dairy-free yogurt if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Light Mayo
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey adjust to preference
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt add to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, light mayo, cilantro, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and blackening seasoning. Marinate mahi-mahi fillets for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated mahi-mahi for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky. Set aside.
  4. Warm tortillas on a clean skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  5. Flake the cooked mahi-mahi into pieces and distribute among the tortillas. Top with coleslaw and drizzle with Cilantro Lime Crema.
