Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps
  1. Begin by shredding the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces in a medium bowl. Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the chicken and mix well until all pieces are generously coated. Set aside for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Gently fold together until well-coated. Allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.
  3. For added flavor, stir in chopped fresh cilantro and sliced green onions into the coleslaw, if desired.
  4. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture into the center, followed by a scoop of coleslaw.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then start rolling from the bottom tightly upwards to enclose the filling securely.
  6. Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings until all wraps are made. Keep covered with a towel or plastic wrap.
  7. Carefully cut each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling and presentation.
  8. Serve the wraps immediately or refrigerate tightly for later. They can also be stored uncut in the refrigerator for up to two days.
