Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk, egg, sugar, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add grated apple to the wet mixture and gently fold it in with a spatula.
  4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently mixing until just combined.
  5. Preheat your non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Carefully flip each pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.
