Topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pre-made pie crust according to package instructions and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Puree 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of blueberries in separate bowls until smooth.
  5. Layer alternating spoonfuls of the strawberry and blueberry yogurt mixtures in the cooled pie crust and swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
  6. Top the pie with 1/2 cup of whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Slice the pie and garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream before serving.
