- Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop broccoli, dice red bell pepper, slice zucchini and mushrooms. Mince garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar.
- In another pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic, then add mushrooms and cook until crispy. Stir-fry broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper until tender-crisp.
- Assemble the stir-fry bowl with rice as the base, topped with sautéed beef and veggies. Optionally, add a fried egg on top.
